You don’t have to wait until you’re falling apart to ask for support.

I’m Victoria Tzavellas, a Licensed Master Social Worker and the founder of Anchored Care PLLC.

I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adults who are navigating stress, overwhelm, life transitions, and the pressure to keep everything together.

I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale—not another place where you have to perform, achieve, or have all the answers.

Many of the people I work with are capable, responsible, and used to being the person everyone else can count on.  From the outside, things may look fine.  But internally, they may be experiencing constant stress, overthinking, difficulty setting boundaries, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the stress, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop tools that help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.

I bring years of experience as a social worker and a genuine understanding of how complicated it can be to balance work, relationships, family, expectations, and your own well-being. I won’t expect you to have everything figured out before you walk through the door.

At Anchored Care, my goal is not to help you become someone else. It’s to help you feel more connected to yourself—and more anchored in the life you’re already building.

You deserve support, even when things aren’t falling apart.

What you can expect from my therapy services:

  • Trauma-informed: Your experiences matter, and therapy should feel safe, respectful, and empowering.
  • Collaborative: We’ll work together to identify what you need and what feels realistic for your life.
  • Practical: Therapy should translate beyond the session. We’ll focus on tools and strategies you can actually use.
  • Compassionate: You don’t need to earn support by reaching a breaking point.
  • Strength-based: We’ll build on the strengths and resilience you already have—not just focus on what feels difficult.

I look forward to our work together.  Ready when you are!
