Insurances Accepted:

Aetna, Cigna, Priority Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Carelon Behavioral Health.

Please check with your insurance provider to determine your out of pocket responsibility.

I do not participate with Medicaid insurance plans.

Insurance billing is completed via third party (Headway).

Private Pay

$150 per 1 hour session

$225 per 90 minute initial treatment development session

I do reserve a small number of “pay what you can” sessions for those unable to afford this private pay rate.

Telehealth

All appointments offered take place via telehealth on the Headway Platform.

Good Faith Estimates 

I will provide a Good Faith Estimate to all private pay clients at the commencement of services (or sooner as required by law).

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.  In the event of needing to cancel or reschedule, I request clients try their best to provide 48 hours notice.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation you will incur a fee of $75 (half the full private pay session fee).

No Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session or do not notify me by the start time of your appointment, it will be considered a no-show and you will be charged the full session fee ($150)

Please note that insurance companies do NOT provide reimbursement for missed or canceled sessions; you are personally responsible for paying cancellation fees.

Emergencies & Illness:  I do understand life happens and am willing to waive the cancellation fee in the event of a genuine emergency.

In the event that I ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will also try my best to do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
