Hi, I'm Victoria.
I'm Victoria Tzavellas, LMSW, a Michigan-based therapist providing secure telehealth therapy for adults and teens throughout Michigan.
I work with adults and teens (13+) who may look like they have everything together on the outside but are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or disconnected on the inside.
Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand what's contributing to your stress, and develop practical tools that actually fit into your life.
My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you can be honest about what you're experiencing without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out.
My Background
I earned my Bachelor of Social Work and Women and Gender Studies degree in 2018 and my Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor in 2019.
My experience spans behavioral health, community mental health, case management, and private practice. Through these roles, I've worked with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, major life changes, mental health concerns, and complex circumstances.
That experience has shaped the way I practice today: evidence-based and clinically grounded, while still recognizing that therapy needs to fit the individual person—not the other way around.
How I Work
I use an integrative approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Depending on your goals, our work may focus on understanding thought patterns, managing difficult emotions, developing healthier coping strategies, setting boundaries, reducing stress, or creating meaningful changes in everyday life.
I also use evidence-based assessment tools when appropriate to help us understand symptoms, track progress, and keep therapy focused on what matters to you.
Judgement-Free
A space where you can talk honestly about what's going on without having to filter yourself.
Practical
We'll focus on tools and strategies that can actually be used outside of therapy.
Individualized
Your therapy should fit your goals, experiences, and needs—not a one-size-fits-all formula.
